Drawings Legend Viewer

One-click Navigation from Drawings to Full-text

Save time in going back and forth between drawings and their full-text references. While viewing a drawing, jump to the corresponding full-text portion with just a click on the highlighted smart label (such as the one in the green box shown below).

  1. Once you run a search query and open the Detailed view for a particular record
  2. Then in the Drawings tab when you open the drawings the labels will get highlighted
  3. Once the labels are highlighted and on hover over you will see the label description
  4. Now when you click on this label, then Under the Full Text tab you will be able to see the location of this label description

 

View the description of drawings for a particular drawing with respect to the different labels or numbering. The legend table appears next to the images to make it easy for you to browse the drawing description while reviewing the drawing.

This will help save crucial time spent on searching the drawing description within the full-text or PDF of the record.

Smart Drawings 

For US, EP and WO records, PatSeer will display smart tooltips over the part numbers in drawings viewer. The tooltips include the part name and related snippet from the full text mentioning the part. So, you can now review patent drawings  without having to go through the text at all. Support for more countries is ongoing. (present only in PatSeer Pro & ProX)
