The biblio tab of the detailed view will help you to go through the prosecution details of patent(s)/record(s)

Steps to view the Prosecution Details
 

  • Create your search and click on the search option to view the results. 
  • On the result page click on a particular record to open its detail view. 
  • The prosecution details are present in the Biblio tab in Detailed view as shown in figure. 
  • The register link (US, EP, AU and IN) will take you to the official site of the Patent Office of the publishing country.
