Steps to create Custom Fields 

• Create a search and click on the search option to view the result page.
• Add the records to a project.
• Click on the projects tab and open a project.
• Open the project settings option as shown in figure1.
• Go to the custom field setting tab as shown in figure 2 and create the custom field of choice. 
• The custom fields can be viewed on the result page as shown in figure 3. 

Flagging and Rating
 

Steps to mark the importance of record using Rating / Flagging

• Create a search and click on the search option to view the result page.
• Add the records to a project.
• Click on the projects tab and open the project.
• Change the color of the band / flag to color of choice to mark the importance of the record to your analysis. 
• Click on the stars and rate the importance of the record on a scale of 1-5. 

The records can be flagged or rated as shown in figure
