How to report your queries/issues in PatSeer? How to generate a query ticket in PatSeer?/ Where I can share any queries/ technical issues that I am facing in PatSeer?

In PatSeer, we have provided a ticket-generating system, wherein you will be able to share the concerns that you are facing while using PatSeer. In this case, the concern can be a technical issue or issues related to the data.  

To generate a ticket :  

  • On the home page click on the “Contact Support” icon.  
  • In the window, you can type in the query that you are facing in the “Send Message” box. You can also send an attachment with a screenshot of the issues that you are facing.  

Our support team will respond maximum in a span of 4 to 6 hours.
