View Recent Actions

You can view the most recent actions done when you log in to your account. PatSeer keeps the data on welcome/home page till the time you do not search anything or open any project, or export. By default it displays last 5 searches that you have done, 5 projects that you have opened, and 7 exports which you have created. On the right pane a random Quick Tip is also shown.

In case of Exports, the data is not dependent on number of days. All Exports are maintained on the server for 15 days. So after 15 days have passed, it will display Expired status in front the record after 15 days.

To run the last search

• On the Home page, click on the search query  to run a recent search. 
• The Search results are displayed.
• Also, you can create a new search by clicking on the New Search link. It will take you to the quick search form. 

To view recent projects

• On the Home page, click the project name link.
• The Project screen is displayed.
• Also, create a new project, using the New Project link. 

To view and download recent exports

1. On the Home page, click Download.
2. Browse to the location to save the file and click Save.

The exported file is downloaded.

To view recently executed Alerts / Record Monitor

1. On the home page, you can view the recently executed alerts.
2. You can click on the Alert / Record Monitor name and view the details
