Quickly Pin Your PatAssist Query for Easy Access

No more retyping of same question in PatAssist for each record, as it allows you to pin multiple questions to the results page. This helps is quick access to answers across all relevant records in your tech area with just a single click. 

To pin a PatAssist question to your results page please follow the steps below:

• Open the PatAssist for a particular records
• Then click on the PIN option as shown in the image below

• Once you have pinned a question, the same appears on the results page depending on the view you are using, in the image below the pinned questions are displayed as shown when in Standard view 

• If you want to ask a same question to any other record you can just click on the question, without opening the PatAssist
