Deleting Projects Created by Me

If you are the creator of a Project you can choose to delete it at any time. The Delete option also allows you to just delete the data within the project.

Deleting projects or data within the project

  1. On the Project tab, click Created by Me link.
  2.  From the dropdown menu on the extreme right you can select the delete option to delete a project. 
  1. Delete project completely: Deletes the complete project.
  2. Delete all Records only: Deletes the records only. Project, Custom Fields and Categories still remain.
  3. Delete all data: Deletes the records, groups created, categories and custom fields. Project still remains.
  4. Also erase references to these records from Project Addition history: deletes the project history 
  5. Click Yes.

The project or its data is deleted as per the options chosen.
