Record Monitoring
You can setup Record Monitors to track changes to any record. You would be notified about the changes to the record of your interest. The changes may be new family members, forward citations, legal status of a record or in case of US records, its reassignment and maintenance status.
To set up a Record Monitor
1. To set a record monitor, click on the record monitor that is present on the search result page on the right side of the record number before the add to project shortcut.

2. Once you click on the record monitor then a Set Monitor window will appear, where you can add the details of the record you want monitor. For example, if you want to look for any legal status change or any change in the forward citations or Select the required field which to be monitored. You can set a monthly or weekly alert. The image below will give you a gist of how you can set a record monitor.
3. Select Email Preference as No Zero Email or Include Record details in Attachment

Manage Record Monitor
In the Alerts tab, you can modify the record monitor details that you have previously set.


You will be able to see the changes while monitoring a record based on the last execution date.

Note: You have a limit of 50 Record monitors per license of PatSeer
