Query Builder Within Search Results

When searching within results, you can form different search queries. You can see an option Query Builder present within the “Search within Records” option as seen in the image below. This will help you form complex queries without any knowledge of search syntax.

Now while using the “Search within Records” filter you can also search for records that do not contain the key terms.

This option is more suited for Reports Only users who do not have access to any of the search forms.

You can now form your search queries using Quick Search, Simple Search and Natural Language Search. 

Forming Search Queries

1. Open any Search Form.
2. Enter the search terms (Quick Search/ Simple Search) or a portion of text (Natural Language Search)
3. Click on Add Query.
4. The query gets added to the Search within Records section.
5. Click on Apply Filter to view the matching results.
