PatSeer Design is an innovative AI-powered platform that’s redefining how industrial design searches are done. With advanced image recognition at its core, PatSeer Design offers an effortless way to quickly and accurately find visually similar designs, making your search process both seamless and efficient. With an extensive coverage spanning 86 authorities, the platform offers a range of innovative features, including AI-driven image similarity searches, the ability to search using Value Added Content (VAC), and specialized AI-generated categorization that focuses on both functional and ornamental elements of your design.

Design Edition Updates 

1. Set Alerts for Your Design Patent Queries! 

Stay ahead with real-time updates by setting alerts for your design image search as well as Boolean queries. This feature keeps you informed about the latest advancements in your area of interest so that you do not miss any important update in your field of interest. 

2. Autofill Locarno class while typing  

The quick search form in Industrial Design now provides suggestions for class definitions as you type, making it easier to understand and refine your search for more accurate results. 

3. Other Design Edition Enhancements  

• Crop uploaded image prior to search: Helps you remove unnecessary portions of the uploaded image, streamlining your search results and improving accuracy 
• Pin your uploaded image on the result page: You can now pin the image you uploaded in the Design AI image search form to your results page and position it anywhere on the screen, letting you view and interact with your search results more easily

Now you can set customizable alerts on your AI free-text searches

2. AI Search Enhancements 

AI Free text Search - 'Claims Only' option for focused results 

Limiting free-text searches to claims only can be useful in case the text you are providing is also a claim. 

• Reviewing the pasted paragraph and limitations applied  

Easily review the pasted free text and instantly see the applied limitations by hovering over the "AI Search" label at the top left of your results page.

3. New Drawings only View  

A new Drawings only view provides a more efficient way to scan results by images.
