Refine your AI search results with ease

A new refine option on the Semantic search result page allows you to zero in to very specific results easily. You can select or add one or more records of interest from the existing result list and run Refine to zoom into the area of interest.

The refine can be used in 2 ways:

1. By selecting 1-3 relevant records within the result set itself:

  • Run your AI search query 
  • Then once you are on the results page, select upto 3 records that are the most relevant to your analysis. 
  • Once selected, click on the Refine option and there you will see that the selected numbers have already been listed. 

Once the refine is applied, then you will get an improved set of results based on the semantic similarity to the selected records. 

2. By pasting record numbers that are relevant to your result set

  • Run your AI search query 
  • Then once you are on the results page, open the rerank option. 
  • Paste-up to 3 numbers that are relevant to your result set. 
  • These three numbers can be the ones that are not a part of your AI search result set.
