Steps to create categories and add record to them 

  • Create a search and click on the search option to view the result page.
  • Add the records to a project.
  • Click on the projects tab and open the project.
  • Select the records to be added to categories
  • Click on add tab 
  • Select categories option (figure 1).
  • Click on the folder option located before the refresh option to create a new category. 
  • As shown in figure 2 check the box besides the category name and select Add option to add the record to that particular category.
