View Usage

The option to View Your Usage is present in the User Profile Section. To go to User Profile section, click on the user image on the top right and you will see an option to 'View Usage'. The Usage can also be accessed from the Team option present in User Management option. 


This option allows you to view your usage of PatSeer and its features during a particular period of time. You can select the feature for which usage is to be seen and select a time period for which usage is to be calculated. The period can be of current month, current month plus previous month, current month with previous two months.
 
For Corporate users having multiple accounts, the user having Manager privileges will be able to view the usage of sub-account under him/her. So this can help project managers in tracking the different features used during the project timeline.
 
The count in View Usage is the number of times you used the feature. So for example, in case of Search forms it would be the number of time you ran searches via that form. For charts it would be the number of times you generated a chart using that form.
 
You can expand a top level feature to view the usage for its sub-features. The same can be exported to CSV file. To view details like timestamp, sub- feature used, click on Get Details.
