Viewing and Downloading PDF

To view and download PDF

  1. The PDF tab is present besides the Drawings Tab on the Extreme right of the Detail View. 
  2. You can download the document or also print. 

You can add PDFs of multiple records to ordering cart for bulk downloading. This option is present within Search Results page and across all the views. PDF ordering cart is also present in the detail view. You can add multiple records to PDF cart or even a single record.

Note: Maximum of 2000 PDF can be added at a time to the cart.

  • Pdf Download One-Time Limit = 100
  • Pdf Download Day Limit = 200
  • Pdf Download Month Limit = 500

PDF Viewer Enhancement 

The PDF viewer has been completely revamped and now it is easy to jump across sections of the PDF. All the original options related to the PDF are now present on the left panel.

Based on user feedback, shortcuts (F8) keys have been added to PDF viewer. You will see the icon in PDF tab within detail view. This will allow you to navigate through the PDF easily. You can enable/ disable the F8 key by performing mouse click or pressing F8 key.

You will also see the supported shortcut keys by doing a mouse over the icon.

View Full PDF
 

You now have the option to view the full pdf document within detail view. This can be done by activating the control present in PDF tab. Once you activate the icon, you will see the full pdf document loaded on the page as against the portions of the PDF document.

A point to note is once you enable the option, it will be remembered for your account and so you will directly see the full PDF always.
