Legal Status of Records / Families

In results view, you will now be able to identify which records are active or dead based on their legal status. These are represented by green/ red icons beside the document number. The Green icon refers to “Active” legal status whereas Red icon refers to “Dead” legal status.

An important point to note here is if you have not set any deduplication mode for an entered query, the legal status of the individual record is represented by the respective icon.

Similarly, you will be able to see the status of the records within the family viewer.

If you set any deduplication mode for an entered query, the displayed record is represented by the legal status of its family members. If any one of the family members has legal status as Alive, the record displayed will be marked as Alive (as represented in image)
